Read Mighty Mouse's Thought For The Day - Every Day
This is the story of a tiny kitten - a runt, who was not expected to live. He refused to give in - he struggled against being put to sleep and left to die - even though people mistook him for some kind of alien mouse and not a kitten. His heart is bigger than a mountain - his love is boundless. He is an inspiration to everyone who comes in contact with him

Hi everyone.... It's been a strange weekend but Olivers eye infection seems to have cleared up and he and D'Arcy have been having lots of cuddle time. I don't know what they're up to - but they don't seem to want company.
There are times when my boys just need....well.....boys' time
Nice to see the boys together...boy i cant get over how much Oliver has grown and him being next to D`Arcy just proves how much he has grown. Coral i think your right, they are up to something, but what? Love the photos there great i especially love the "Werewolf". LOL. Love and cuddles to all...Sher
Oh,Mr Darcy you are so handsome. You are not scary enough to be a Werewolf. Nice to see you both are having one of those male bonding sessions. Now,do not tell Oliver and tall stories about the snip surgery.
Coral it is heartwarming to see how close these two have become. It give Mr Whooshka some peace and quiet away from the youngsters antics.Have the girls realised Oliver is permanent fixture?
They have Elaine....unfortunately it looks as though I will have to rehome my beautiful Soraya as she just will NOT deal with oliver and D'Arcy. But it is lovely to see them together. And Oliver is nearly the same size now.
Coral, That is a real shame that Soraya is being so stubborn. She obviously wants to be the only cat and the centre of attention.A hard decision for you to make but in the long run you are putting her needs first.Hopefully she could go to a home not far from you so you could make sure she is settling into a new home. She will probably ignore you just to make you feel bad. Burmilla's are such beautiful cats.
Hi Coral, That's a shame about Soraya. I know how hard it is, having a "princess" Willow who refuses to accept the kittens. I run a divided household so that they never meet now. That is a tough route to go down and not everyone's house would lend itself to a set up like that. Good to see the boys looking so well. I saw one of D'Arcy's half brothers on the weekend at the cat show. Burmillas are beautiful! Also good to see Oliver is doing better. Linda
Hi Allie...me and Darcy sleeped on Mum an Dad's bed last night and had lots of big cuddles. It was fun to wake Mum up all de time. I hop'e we can do it some more tonight. Me's glad Whitney behaved and was good. I lub you! Oliber

Born in a litter of 6 to a beautiful Birman queen, the kittens looked to have a good start being normal weight. But within 24 hours, their mother had no milk and the kittens needed to be handraised. By the time he was 11 days old, barely hanging on to life, 2 of the kittens had died. He was the size of a mouse and weighed less than 100grams when he was a week old. His breeder struggled to hand feed the remaining 4 kittens without help, but it was an impossible task. She took him to the vet at 4 weeks to be put to sleep. But something about him persuaded the vet not to put him down. When I first encountered him, HE WOULDN'T STOP PURRING. In order to save the older 3 kittens, MM was destined to die - his luck had run out, and that's when I took him. It was his last chance and all the odds were against him. He weighed 210grams - which is about 7 ounces at 4.3 weeks and was mistaken at the vet's for an exotic Mouse. NOBODY expected him to live. But he had other ideas. You can read his story by following the link and joining Cat World ( a very simple process)- and that in turn has a link to his first few weeks. Enjoy
