IN THE BEGINNING - 4 - 5 WEEKS






Hi Everyone -


So many of Oliver's aunties and friends seem to have missed the bulk of the photos of when he was very young and very tiny.

What you are seeing in these pics is not a two or three day old kitten but the miracle Mighty Mouse between 4 and 5 weeks.



Hard to believe now that he weighed just 210 grams at 4 weeks











For the first 4 weeks that I had him he was fed every hour 24/7 and spent his time sleeping in my bra or inside my dressing gown so that he could hear my heart beat. I had only ever hand raised one kitten before and that was 34 years ago.
When I look at him now it is hard to believe this tiny weird looking creature survived at all...let alone grew into the beautiful Oliver.
He'll be back tomorrow with his thought for the day and tomorrow a Classic adventure from the Archives!

    Hard to believe indeed Coral. What an achievement for you and the Mighty Mouse. We mustn't forget Tony , who was always there to encourage and help. Hugs to you all

    BTW Akira and Selina have just found out that I am visiting Oliver in May and worse still that their brother coming with me but they are staying home. They have grumbled to Oliver in the A Little Education thread. Boy am I in trouble!

    hi oliver you were very very very cute when you where a little boy now look at you now you are a big boy and darcy has grown as well did you sleep on nanny and tony's bed last night or did you and darcy sleep in tony's room love allie
